Singapore Southern Island day trip on 24/02/08

Thanks Ron and his neighbour uncle for organising the trip.
Had a great day with the kakis on board.
Lotsa laughters and lotsa misses.

Has been along time since I last use light tackle on a boat trip
Was using ultracast rod 5ft 6 with a low end spinning reel.



Highlights of the day:

-Boatman caught a 4kg+ Puffer fish on handline......Everybody was expecting it to either a Chermin or Gao.

-4 coral trouts caught. A rare sight these days.

-Managed to boat 2 Chermin and another biggie throw hook when we are able d to see it less than 10feet from surface.

Alvin - Peter's boat produce quite alot of small fishes. So when going again, wanne join u. Have slots open for 21 march 2008 (gd friday) nite, u interested to go?
