Was fishing with 3 of my colleagues last night. All 3 guys are newbies to fishing and had brand new rods/reels to "break virgin"Advised them to use tiny pieces of squid and small circle hooks. Not bad for a few hours of R&R by the beach... we had about half a dozen of catfish, 2 breams, 1 ACK, 1 eel and... a whiting that got chewed off below the head!! Really wonder what ate the whiting cos it was a clean bite man... goes to show the shore fishing in our waters ain't as hopeless as many of us think
My 3 buddies had a good time and so did I. It's only a matter of time before a big ray or cat pounces on my bait... oh we bumped into some "hot chics" at the carpark on our way home... hehehe... some of them looked pretty good!!
