Whoa, those are some mouth watering pictures! Seems YFT fishing is good in P. Ratu now, how long does tuna season last?

YFTs are found all year round in Pelabuhan Ratu but their sizes may vary from a mere 5 kg to those we call " buffalos " which can weigh exceeding 60 kg .

Now , fishing YFTs are a game of chances , last Friday the fish start surfacing in the afternoon and were feeding until the sun set but on Saturday they surfaced in the morning only while on Sunday they surfaced only very briefly in the afternoon .

To fish Pelabuhan Ratu , one must wait for phonecall from the charter
captains operating in the area , I guess it's kind of not very convenient for you guys in Singapore .

I was about to ask u what would be a good period to plan a trip for next year. Given the circumstance, I'll have to agree it'll be tough for us in Singapore to plan something. Thanks for the info though.
