Exclamation Fishing In Bali 19th Oct 2006 to 23rd Oct 2006 (Written & Video CR)

Personally, I can think of nothing more exciting than have a fish hit my jig during a trip when the fishes weren’t exactly feeding fanatically. Adrenaline flows through every single part of my body when I feel the fish grab my darting jig, tugging and stretching my fishing line to the max my pre-set drag could handle, peeling line off my fishing reel.

And this to sport fishermen is what we call the MasterCard moment: fishing reel - $600, fishing line - $250, fishing rod - $500, fishing jig - $40, fishing hook - $10, fish take your jig and peel line off your reel – priceless. There are some things that money can’t buy. For the rest, there’s MasterCard.

    Video speaks louder than words.

Visit http://www.limbueytor.com/upload/Bal...ilerHigRes.wmv for high-resolution (29.4mb) video trailer of my Bali fishing adventure. Or http://www.limbueytor.com/upload/Bal...ilerLowRes.wmv if you prefer to view it in low-resolution (10.4mb) mode.

PM me for link to the full length video clips of the trip.

How to be hot when they are fishing on the new moon phase with super strong current just look at their jigs they used I believed most of the times the jigs are "FLYING" away.

Actually whether the fishing was "hot" or not is pretty subjective. As long as they had fun there, it may be "red hot" to the guys already. From the looks of their video, I'd say it was a pretty decent trip. Good work LBT/Mark... looking forward to more of your video clips & photos in future.

Juan, don't focus too much on the gear others are using Make yourself even more confused!

May or may not be... some of our local builders are very good with color scheme/threadwork these days. In the past colorful rods where either Sevenseas or Fisherman... now I can have a $10 eglass blank wrapped just like it and call it 7Seas or Fishermen. As long as the rod works for it's owner... good enough Try and focus more on the technique used by anglers... this is more crucial

They don't look like they were using jigs that were very heavy, spotted a couple of hookers I think...strong currents can be very productive too dude

You're absolutely right Mikey! Should have said the "bite" wasn't very hot instead...the fish are always a bonus
