Based on rumours and hearsay is that in that part of world, they do not practise Catch and Release for gamefish. IIRC it is catch and sell to recoup the fishing expenses.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
recouping fishing expenses? Maybe they should consider raising the charter price. There's only so long you can "catch and sell" until the resources run out. Does any of the angler's keep their catch??
