Thailand BSR cats & boonmar kims

This is my first posting in this forum.Had heard alot abt BSR mekong cat fish & boonmar barra,finally have a chance to made a trip wiz my two fishing buddies.Wonderful fishing experience with the excellent guidence of our fishing guide GOLF bungsamran....

Hi have a nice day, this is my first post in FishingOuting.

Many of us have been to the kim pond, mekong, stingray and IT lake in Thailand. I have been looking for (I am sure they have) a fresh water pond quite unlike BSR but have lesser and smaller mekong, siamese carps, patins but more big head carp (song he ) and grassies (amur).

Can anyone here share this info with me. Frankly I have quite enough of the bara and mekong.

For that matter, even if anyone with lobang for the 2 types of fishes I mentioned to be able to fish in China I really appreciate your kind informations.

If I am not wrong it is near to Chonburi but you must get those thai that has contact to bring you in otherwise you end up at the commercial paypond and not fish farm.

The guy next to me caught it, estimated 50-60kg, the other guy caught similar size too, I only manage to land average size. Nice view for so called jigging n popping high end gear for pond fishing.....hahaha
