I am not a commercial trip organiser, but I can help you look for crews taking hit & run charters out to the dropoff.
Please keep in mind that running 50-60 miles offshore in a centre console 28ft long outboard powered boat is not usually the most comfortable of experiences and is much more subject to weather than larger vessels like the Apollo.

Most of my jigging kakis release AJ, but if going with bottom kakis they tapow everything. My AJ no way the crew will sashimi right away. SWEET.but abit sad that they kill every amberjack? small big all gaffed...
