    Does anyone know if there's a metal version of this cap on newer Shimano baitcast reels? A few of us Chronarch owners are having problems with this plastic cap cracking

    how does it crack?? It shouldnt as its not stress point. The new chronachs or calcuttas might fit....

    Not sure how it happened buddy. Was looking at my friend's reels today and noticed it. By the way my friend Alan isn't in town so I can't pass him the Salty Rubber. You still want it right? If you've found them in Perth let me know okay? I got 3 pieces for you and I'm waiting for my friend to drop by SG.

    Sick......nah no one in Oz, let alone Perth have them, most ppl here still use BAIT......such dirty word.....lol
