Guys, me new guy on the block....any good tips on how to overcome seasickness...

I also tend to have seasick at times but i dont care. After a few trips, you wont have it

1. dont eat too full before the trip.
2. have enough sleep the day before the trip
3. prepare more than 1 type of seasick pills
4. prepare medicine for gassy stomach
5. lie down when u feel seasick
6. go more often

always look far to the sea.
dont fight with the rocking momentum of the boat but follow it.
