No warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are made that the fishing charter package will meet all of the Purchasers(Anglers)/Traveler's expectations, mainly regarding weather conditions or fishing productiveness.
NO refund of boat charges if bad weather does not permit us to do fishing on any particular day during the duration of the trip.
However, as a good will gesture, we will give a little discount to the affected group/anglers on their next fishing trip with us.
