Popping The Sails...First lady Angler to...

    Hi all,

Sorry guys..have not been posting CRs..been very busy lately, apologies

Anyway, a short consolidation of recent catches and happenings..

Also, Cecilia has joined us hands on recently and we are proud to have her with us. Known to us and friends as "Char Bor", she is the 1st lady angler to land Sails on Popping( as far as i know, Please correct me if i am wrong). In all, she had 7 hook ups, 4 fought briefly before throwing hook and landed the rest...awesome sight to see the stikbait being thrown out by the jumping, headshaking Sail....

Congrats Char Bor..well done and we are proud of you. All that hours of casting in the sun has finally paid off.

For more info on Popping The Sails,Cecilia can be contacted at cecilia@ultimateangler.net

    Enjoy the pics...

Thanks Mark....all worth it when it works..

Got good hit rates but poor hook up rates which is normal and the Zenaq assist hooks finally nailed it...

    Good recommendation Mark, thanks.

    Hi Rob ,

Thanks , hope the after effects of the super taifun in the Phillipine do not go as far as Rompin because we are experiencing thunderstorm now in Jakarta in what supposedly the middle of dry season .

    Hi Mark ,

I just read Chris' posting in another forum , that big GT you caught is cool and a sure way of ensuring Alor's reputation for being still one of the best place for GT popping nowaday in Indonesia .

Rompin trip is my annual pilgrimage there , hopefully I am not going to be humbled by those sailfish again , last year we did not catch anything but the year before we did OK , myself caught 2 sailfish in 2 days pure popping .

    Jon .
