Ultimate Angler cannot be held responsible for any related damages or injuries caused during fishing.

· Goverment actions,
· Weather, acts of God, other circumstance beyond its control.
· The failure of the angler to obtain required documentation (E.g Passport ,Visa,)
· The failure of the angler to follow reasonable instructions
Note: Ultimate Angler recommends that the Anglers acquire insurance coverage with respect to trip, personal accident, injury, illness, medical hospitalization on your own.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER;
No warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are made that the fishing trips will meet all of the Anglers expectations, mainly regarding weather conditions or fishing productiveness.
NO refund of boat charges if bad weather does not permit us to do fishing on any particular day during the duration of the trip.
However, as a good will gesture, we will give a little discount to the affected group/anglers on their next fishing trip with us.
Your kind understanding on this matter is greatly appreciated.
