Catch Report - LOB 9th to 12th June- Repulse Wreck..

Only 8 hours of fishing at Repulse wreck. Sorry guys/gals(The Anglers...Agnes,Cecilla,David,Bryan,Yixian,Sunny,G eorge,Danny, Daniel,Leong,Jimmy,Michael) for the lack luster trip ...south wind was blowing and mother nature decided to "up" the south wind and gave use 3 to 4m waves

Cabinet of plates came flying out...luckily TV did not do likewise..else no TV for the rest for the days..

Caught a few abeks,snappers,cobia, MJ etc..during our 8 hours at Repulse.

David caught the 1st Abek..4kgs...sunny had a hook up on metal jig next, but hook pulled n lost the fish..what fish..don't know???

Biggest Abek by Alan 9 kgs...rod tip broke immediately after the strong take


Cecilla caught cobia n Mj. Broke her rod during one of those awesome takes
No worries..she got her rod replaced, thanks to Henry of Coho...good on you Henry

Leong got a 3kg snapper and he nearly got whacked by Alan's rod which flew back from the rod holder after the line bust. Another victim of those awesome takes..
Sorry, can't remember who caught the other abek n snapper.




Took us 9 hours to reach Tioman where we fish there for the rest of the trip. Fishing was poor and bites were few and far between with those pesky barracudas joing in.Some nurse sharks in between too...all released. Sad man...really sad..

Managed only 2 parrots...




Biggest fish and champion fish(RM300) caught by...yes..it's Agnes again...11.5 kgs Cobia...So sweet again...her winnings went to the deckies again...well done.


13 guys and 2 gals....and the guys lost(again)...well...that's fishing. Once again, sorry guys/gals for the poor showing. Kakis, please do add on if you have pics etc..thanks.

If only we could spent more time fishing Repulse....
