One day Sail fishing trip with anglers from Norway. Left early and by 930am..we were catch our baits for fishing.

Weather was beautiful and we encountered the pesky bait stealers while live baiting for Sails. Really...PITA..(Pain In The Arse)...

    All bait stealers released...

Anyway, we managed 2 sails and lost just as many..

    Guys/gals,

Just to share with all anglers who enjoy a cold beer after/during fishing.

We forgot we had 12 cans of Carlsberg beer left in the cooler box till the very last min when we had to stop for customs check.

Please remember to declare(meaning tell the officer checking your van) your balance beer. Tell the officer 1st before he finds out for himself. Telling him 1st means you have declared the balance beer.

I declared the balance beer we had on the van and i was refered to the ICA(Immigration Customs Authority), i think, by the officer checking the van.
Officer was polite and kept apologising for the inconvience. Told him it was alright as he is doing his job. At ICA, officers inspected the balance beer and we had to pay taxes for them.
Paid the taxes of S$15.00 and we were on our way.

Morale of the story...You MUST remember to declare the beers you have and follow the necessary actions taken by the officers.

If you do not declare..it's considered something else if you are caught in possession of the beers.
My guess is smuggling, not very sure though, but anyway guys please do remember to DECLARE YOUR LEFT OVER BEERS.

On the other hand...finish the dame beers there and be done with it.
