Just got this report from NZ....Excellent results from Team Synit in the recent NZ King fish Tournament with tester Josh Morrison landing the biggest Kingie



"Just a quick email to tell you all that one of our NZ Synit field testers Josh Morrison took out the top prize in New Zealands biggest jigging Tournament over this past weekend. Josh landed a 31.2kg Kingfish on the Prototype DeepShot 450 spin rod. The size of his fish blitzed the field giving Josh and Synit a major event under our belts. It was a very hard weekend and finding quality fish was difficult for most.

A little look at the DeepShot 150 in Antacid loaded to the max. I used this little rod the entire tournament and it proved to be a very capable and pleasurable little stick to use. We landed Kingfish up to 20kg and I felt it still had more to offer."

im am getting my deepshot blank in soon here in the usa from synitusa. what kind of conventional reel was on that DS 150g and what PE line he use?? im still deciding if i wanna go with the accurate 400N 4:1 or the saltiga 30T 4.9:1.

Hi Mate,

Graeme was using a Talica 16. Bother accurate and saltiga would be great match-ups with the DS 150g.
