Luconia

Edy,
This noon crystal coral back to miri, Hayes reef jigging no Amberjack so keep changing spot till northern part of Luconia, weather reported 3m, all anglers sleep more than fishing, Dogtooth Tuna the most biggest catch 13kg ,second jobfish approx 10kg, YellowFin Tuna 6kg range, few ruby and red snapper.

Edy, over fished might be one of the reason!
The population is getting less and less..
Maybe next time is even hard to look for 10kg fish.

Bro 12345, what is the fishing plan for you this year?
How about going back to Taiwan..
I miss bottom fishing there...

Yo Supersky
U sure remember the bottom fishing in taiwan ....
Can almost earn back the money if U are hardworking enough....hahahaha!!!

Yo Edy
Don worry abt your trip in April.....
It will be better.......
They don bite this time cos they are waiting for U...hahahahahah!!!

Cheers

Edy,

Talk to the anglers last night , few reason given:

1. rough sea
2. current too strong (250g jigs playing kite)
3. Don't know why all fish take bright jigs only (fully luminous green only- other luminous colour bo-kang-tow)
4. Day catch "0" only night time bitting.
5. No trolling n popping due to rough sea.
6. Jigging not really good most fish caught by bait.

Sky,
No plan this year, 3 project gonna start, "maybe" june will be free. Taiwan!!! boring lah always typhoon and expenses too high.

Jason,
no offence, do you rush red light b4 you come, past trip with vincent n ChrisT happy ending leh....just kidding......Luconia trip only 2 fish above 10kg, don't worry..hehe

I refer to past few year result june and july the best season, not all trip are good but average size ok.

I've tempted many times to give up too.... But bruda, there're a lot of 'virgin' places in Indonesia to explore....just waiting for us to try. Let's keep the spirit up ! The only problem right now is the infrastructure/facility..... As a matter of fact by the end of this month, a group of friend of mine will go to Raja Ampat (Sorong - West Papua).

Wah..dude, you're right but lots of consideration need to be taken into account like safety/security wise and logistics. Any good lobang to share with us? I'm sure there will be some crazy hardcore fishos who will like to try.

Cheers!
