Rep Power: 4  | sibu kelong getaway early oct A very nice place just to relax and fish .The selars are really quite big ,they manage to strip the tamban jigs bare when 6lbs monos are used .Countless of misc fishes where also landed and I manage to landed a kilo plus emperor ,but it did not give up much of a fight as it took the bait on the 12ft surf rod .After a few hrs of fishing under the sun ,we decided to go into the shether to fish for some rabbits .There are many anglers going for big todaks under the hot sun and quite alot of them was landed .Many where release back except those hooked too deeply was taken back ,one was given to me .In the evening ,squids begin to turn up but not many of them are taking the jigs .Later in the night ,things start to get quite quiet ,but some anglers manage to land a rather big stingray .After that i was getting lazy and tire ..thus ,some chit chat session with the company of beers end the quiet night ... |

Rep Power: 4 | Physlo , Its not hotboys kelong ,its Ah Yew kelong ,the last kelong nearest to pulau tinggi . Mike , Sure ,I will contact you if theres a up coming trip .If theres one ,it should be before the monsoon season start ,heard that thats the best fishing time but of course ,strong winds and rough sea situation .. |
