My Mood:  Rep Power: 0 | Re: Ang Chos in Rompin Deep friend calamari style is simply the best way to cook a squid or cuttlefish. We thought the texture will be very chewy, but it is not bad at all. The Rompin restaurant certainly know how to cook well. Mark is right. Avoid frying large piece cuttlefish ring. Thin slices will make it more appetizing.
