Out of curiousity, how do you cook those cuttlefish? Are they tough??

Hi JIGW,

Gave mine away! Ha ha!

But Rompin Bahru Seafood made some nice calamari out of them (better than green eyes calamari)...gotta slice very thinly I believe.

Deep friend calamari style is simply the best way to cook a squid or cuttlefish. We thought the texture will be very chewy, but it is not bad at all. The Rompin restaurant certainly know how to cook well.

Mark is right. Avoid frying large piece cuttlefish ring. Thin slices will make it more appetizing.

Hmmmm, icic, never seen much less ate cuttlefish so big b4, so was just wondering about the texture of such a big "sucker" hahaha. Seems like calamari is the way to go for these monsters then...
