Got an invite to fish locally on a friend's boat last night. Was able to get some live squids so catch was pretty decent. Estimated weight of the three bigger ungas is 2kg plus. We were fishing in the vicinity of Sentosa.

Looks like there will be a colour war in my next trip.....

Thanks all. Yes, it is indeed a nice catch for local caters, but not impossible if anglers do their homework when planning trips i.e. check tides, current strength, moon phase, etc. And yes..... even for local fishing such details are important. The point is if you get most of the contrubuting factors in your favour, if the catch is bad, oh well, the fishes are simply not there or not feeding. But if everything falls into place, jackpot!!!

Edy, orange underwear can be arranged as they are normally made of stretchable fabrics

MarkR, as for orange jump suit, I don't think they make one large enough to fit me. Rod & reel match with catch enuff liao I think

Saimee, the rod is a customised GUSA SW65H (20-40) using Fuji lowrider guides. It is cropped to 6 feet. Built it to pair with that particular reel
