Catch Report on Sunday

Finally got time for fishing again ,wohoo !So really can't wait to wet my line and I actually woke up at 6.30 am in the morning ..hahaha .So I rush to the market and get some fresh prawns ,then after that get lunch along the way and hurry back to super market to get drinks canned food and stuffs then to provision shop to get cigs and sweets .And it took me almost an 1 hr for that ..Rush home packed everything and head off for fishing .While on the train ,something unpleasent happen ..as I was sitting down and pushing the ice box and bag underneath the sit ,my bag somehow rub slightly at the leg of an midde age guy .And I apologised to him which is no matter how serious or not its still some fault of mine ,but instead he stick his face near me and took a hard stare at me and stand up angrily and storm of mumbling .And I was really pissed by such actions ..Then a lady just say something like forget it or something like that to me .Damn ..what a way to start fishing with ....Shitz !!!

Soon I reach my fishing ground and started fishing with some drizzling still coming down from " heaven ",but hack ..it is much better then a hot sunny day .And by then the tide is already reciding and at my first cast ,a blue hind grouper took my bait .Then 20 mins later halfbeaks start turning up ,and I start fixing up the tackle required to fish for them as I don't wanna to sit around and wait for the only soul rod for actions .Don't wanna spoil the day further more by just sitting aimlessly as it was supposed to be a good day out fishing !! Some gotta hit a few pretty good size halfbeaks ,and a few huge buggers managed to strip off my rigs and hooks .So bobian ,got to walk back and retie and other set of rigged .while doing that I forgot about the other rod ,and by the time I turn around something big has already took the bait and making wild big bends on my rod .So I rush forward to pick up the rod ,but ..damn I guess the bugger must have taken the bait for quite sometime and manage to pull the whole rig into the reefs .As when I give a small pump to the rod ,the line snap ..and I only got back with a broken mainline without its shock leader ...The braid must have cut gotten contact with the reefs .Wait a waste ..should have concentrate more on the primary rod and fish for the halfbeak later as they are always there even at lower tides and the action of the primary rod would have slow down by then .By noon some regulars turn up ,as we know each other ,the common chatting begin and then time just slip by quietly .So as plan and not to make the same mistake ,I start fishing for the poor-man sailfish when the tide is getting pretty low .In the end of the day ,I got quite a good numbers of them and managed to get a small russell's snapper on the primary rod .In the end I use up 7 sets of rigs for the halfbeaks due to some really stubborn big poor-man's sailfish ..teehee ..

The guy is probably of unsound mind. The fishes caught seems to be from one of your usual spots right?

Edros ,the guy is not mad or what but he has a really really bad attitude ..the fishing ground is at the same place but different location .

What's the best time to fish there?

Edros ,any intervals of 2hrs incoming and 2-3 hrs reciding is good there .

woah! your catch still better than my two puffers n a stinking cuttlefish. Maybe I should give boat fishing a miss for the time being and go shore fishing with you
