hahaha... next trip to Ah Cheng's boat we bring popping gear ask him to bring us go shallow reef area to catch GT. If Ah Cheng says "dun waste time, won't work" I'll show him photos of the fishes we caught with lures on his boat. I remember donkey years ago when I first started fishing with Ah Cheng, Weekok n me wanted to use jigs and was nearly chased off the boat what say you we rig some circle hooks on our SR and park the rod? we'll have beer and tok kok while waiting for something to hit our SRs!

double circle hooks SR, park rod, drifting.... feels more like a deadly combination for batu fish again but hmmm.... with beer, sounds like a good plan!!!
