Hi any z30 users here?

Would like to check if you guys are facing the same problem. Dunno if it is a problem.

Just got myself a z30. Tried it twice in local waters. Feel tat the drag is very weak. Line seems to be easily peeled off. Asked the shop regarding this issue, shop mentioned is bcoz there is an initial coating of grease or something in a new z30 reel. Is this true? ANyone also has this problem?
