Slick take note,

as in the team's tradition just like past years..we rotate to get kakis to bring extra dish on each trip,.. so for this opening trip as in our calendar, you & Zul kena bawa lauk extra kalau tak keberatan..

As a respect to Nemo, no beef dish please...

Salam to All Bros,

This will also b my 1st fishing trip to Tanjung Pinang. Very xcited n anxious add the same time. Like to ask fellow members.

1. Do i need to bring a cooler box?
2. I'm thinking of bring 3ea of sinkers fr size 8, 12, 16 n 20. Is it too many or not enuf?
3. Will fighting belt b needed?
4. 2 sets of rod n reel.

Any other recommendation is much appreciated.

Hi Hamzah, let me answer to your queries.

1. Do i need to bring a cooler box?
Cooler box is needed if you wanna bring back you catch.

2. I'm thinking of bring 3ea of sinkers fr size 8, 12, 16 n 20. Is it too many or not enuf?
2 or 3 sets of each size will be suffice, anyway we still have 1 toolbox of sinkers at Elly's. Since you are joining this trip, everyone can have the priveleges to use it....no worries.

3. Will fighting belt b needed?
Fighting belt, optional....if you dun wanna have marks on you pelvis area then you better bring one bro......just bring lah.

4. 2 sets of rod n reel.
2 sets of rod and reel, one for light and one for heavy (day & night) as for me, i bringing one set of spinning for jigging and one set for bottom.

This are are all the basics and hope you will enjoy fishing with us.

hooks size 3 - 5 good enough....
prepare some 2 hooks appolo rigs....

Place is at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.Date is 26th March o6 (Sunday).I'm usually there at about 0745hrs.The place to meet is usually at the sarabat stall(we usually have tea or light snacks while waiting for the rest ) which is by the roadside just after the taxi stand,hope this helps.
