Tamban Bashing

Hello to all bradas,

Yesterday, last minute planning and went to BJT with Slick. Miraculously, it was a tamban frenzy yerterday....lotsa them. Thought of trying out the homemade "Pemanggil" bait rigs but its was too long for BJT. We reached there at 1630hrs and bought a few rigs from the tamban rig seller. After setup rod and rig, we test the water and soon after the rigs hit the water....tambans got hookup. Saw few kakis, who were there earlier got their plastics and pails filled up. For us we played till 1830 pm and the frenzy starts to slow down. If we were there earlier, we might haul the small cooler full....for us its just halfway mark. Weather was good with only drizzle once a while and the atmosphere there was nice and just like Mikey said...."the long legged, mini shorts lady roller blader", lotsa them too.....hard to concerntrate on the tamban fishing...ehheh....right Slick.....(damn...should have been there earlier). After we left and divides the catch at Slick's place and head home...quickly gut and wash the tambans clean..prepare some flour and tumeric powder and a bit of salt......tamban fritters...fuhyooo, it's been long time i had those....kena with "sambal tumis telor and hot rice"...power brada...poweeeeeeeeeer. Still got one container in the freezer.

Next time, we plan to catch tamban again in Feb and will save a few and head for PRPP for a quick session soon after we had enough....PRPP with fresh tambans.

Will inform you guys again if we heading BJT again soon. So watch out bradas.

Me cook the same only thing is that the tambans not too crispy. Salah cook lah bro..

Brada Slick, next time when you wanna make the "tamban fritters", use rice flour instead just like the one they use for "pisang goreng". It will be crispy, nothing will go wrong...hehhe. So brada, stil got balance?

The tamban still available. But Bro RK if cook asam pedas, too many bones lah bro.
Abt the thing at BJT, actually we dont want to see but coincidence it happen to pass by us. Not wanting to see but when ever casting, sure must see behind mah... then that THING apprear. Dont tell me when casting, look behind but close ur eyes..heheheheh
