Rep Power: 0  | ZeebaaS reel for popping/jigging? Anyone out there own the ZeebaaS reel? A New Level for Fishermen. Saltwater Spinning Reels That Out-Perform I'm looking at the model ZX 27RD. Will this reel be suitable for popping/jigging application? It weighs 552.8gms, has a max drag of 18kg, holds 450m of 50lbs braid. Only thing is that it has a gear ratio of 4.75:1. I know that there are ppl fishing with Ryobi Fishing Safari with 4.9:1. But the ZeebaaS is 110gms lighter and has 6kg more drag compared to the Ryobi. Any comments will be appreciated. |

But the price is too prohibitive for a poor angler like myself, to buy and see if the reel is suitable for popping/jigging applications. That's why I'm posting to see if any other anglers with deeper pocket than myself has owned this reel. cheers,, |
