Nope, I wasn't kidding boys and girls Smith really has a new popping rod being field tested by Kozo Okubo now and it's called Komodo Dragon.

Not sure about that but I have a hunch the Komodo Dragon might be a one piece Tokara. Remember what they did to the Nirai after Okubo went to Perth I'm actually looking for some tough but slow taper 7' blanks myself. Hoping to built a REAL whopper stopper and probably call it the "Bima Lizard" :P
