No , just the color and the shape resemble carrot . With my lures , it won't get rotten like carrot does .

I was actually targetting rabbitfish with that carrot popper... but... suay suay kena dorado...

The popper was kept in the fridge for 2 days after I made it. It shrivelled abit. I guess the rabbitfishes are very particular about the freshness of carrots..
