Yo MarkR ... when you going to Tokara??? Landbased you know. Better go look at the pics before they are deleted by the forum owner. As you know, he doesn't like photos of dead fish posted in his forum.

    Hi Saimee,

Very tempted indeed after 12345's poison...dying to do some heavy bottom bashing and the Miri charter looks interesting, short trip too, 2D 1N

Seahorse my old kaki is a Miri guy, so can meet up with him too.

    Tight lines dude!

    MarkR,

If you have ze ole Kaki there, make tracks now man, but watch out for the dang typhoons.....

Conditions look calm in the morning here, but seem to get a bit less calm towards the afternoon.

Good luck dude, seriously tight lines.

    Hi Cheng,

Thanks for info. I'm trying to do 2d 1n such that boat departs friday evening, returns to miri sunday late morning/early afternoon to fit into air asia flight timings. This way we only need to take 1 day's leave. Guess will have to negotiate with taikong.

    cheers,

    mark

Depart friday evening....i'm not sure leh cos places loading our arsenal need to cross Piasau bridge, if too high tides boat cannot cross and too low tides cannot get in Miri port. So far i know they depart around 9-12am or else midnight. No worries, tekong will arrange lah...
