| Senior Member | Small profile jigs hi guys, anyone know of jigs that is pretty small in size but heavy in weight, probably ard the size of a Fisherman Andaman/ Hooker 7 (approximately 20cm+-) and ard 400g - 500g, any brands will do but perferably available locally without having to go thru the haste of ordering from aboard. Cheers Mark

My Mood: Rep Power: 6 ![]() ![]() | Hey Mark, I was looking for jigs with those dimensions too...quite difficult to find you're right. Don't think any jig from the Fisherman or Sevenseas line up will qualify. Got a Swells bluewater magnum from Mikey some time back- length of the hooker 7 but close to 500g in weight. I think the old Saurus Deepwater Express models would qualify as well, not very long but quite thick Guess the Saurus and Swells would be near impossible to find these days but I reckon Jigs Ace has some short and stout models that may suit your needs. Yeah...jigs with those dimensions will be good for where you're heading too. Cheers Last edited by MarkR : 13-10-2006 at 12:02 PM. |
