Jigs

I bought a couple of Duel Jigs today 150g and 200g.

Waht depth would be ideal for the 200 and the 150g?

Have any of you guys used these jigs before?

What techniques work well with these jigs?

I've tied a couple of assist hooks to them, 2x5/o owner hooks.

Any feedback would be muchly appreciated.

I think these are centreweighted jig, therefore best with long stroke jigging. As a guide, the 150g jig is good up to 50m and 200g up to 60m but much depends on windage, current, sea conditions.
