Hey everyone, im back once again into action tomorrow since nearly 2 mths of rest due to an accident. So, might go for short afternoon bottom fishing, then head to our popping and jigging spots for GTs. Hope theres gonna be some result eventhough not expecting any mama's but then you'll never know what awaits and lurkes down there so wish me luck esp since im still having a limp and a scar that hurts on the left of my tummy.

Saw that the stella sw20000pg 2008 is already out in singapore. Im interested to get one and test it. May i know how much it cost there cos i might be heading there pretty soon. Thanks in advance guys.

Welcome back, but take it easy.... Weather is kinda weird, there was a pretty heacy squall yesterday afternoon, don't know who got caught in it, but betchya there were some unhappy and damp souls at sea yesterday.

Yea, weather seems weird but ofcourse i will leave it to the skipper to see if its alrite or not. We wont be goin far tho. Maharaja & Champion area just for your info. So there was an incident yesterday?

YO bro...his is Languran of Bruclass. Nice to hear you ok... me at my vessel righ now sill working. now we are approaching lumut. Yes he weather was not that good for offshore fishing right now.. Saw stella and fall in love with it in japan recently, bought it as my replacement for my broken saltiga already.cost me around 1300 in there. the carbon grip is not standard for the sw20000pg.. only for the 8000 series and no spare reel.

The new stellas cost ard $1380 for the SW18000HG & SW20000PG.

I heard from a fd who got a SW18000HG and let go almost immediately. In the end he ended up with 2 more new saltiga.

I had not got any of the new ones but from the price and workmanship, I'll stick to my saltiga and SW10000HG.

Hi akudou, the weather seems to be ok today, hopefully tomorrow will be calm... for the stella 20kpg. i saw it allready at miri.. still quite expensive though. I myself thinking of buying the 8k or 10k ...

Yea, most commented on sticking to the old stella's. My overnight trip was good. 2 missed strikes, 1 lost to monster which cut my leader with its tail. Overall, we managed to do some popping and hooked up 3 Gt's 5kg, 10kg & 11kg respectively. It would have been fun if the dolphins didnt come and circle the rig. For bottom fishing, we manage a few kerapu's,pisang emas, Tapeh,etc.

Yo Azman, how you doin yourself? Yes, new stella's look very good but in terms of pricing in SEA, its not. So i might stick to 2 of my old stella's and wait for reviews and previews on the new stella.

I'm doing fine... and can't wait for my long leave. Been soo busy even last year didnot go to sea that frequent. hopefully this year. nice catch.. any pics ?

Hello akudou.. interesting trip though... I think you better take a rest first due to your injury... We can always fish later rather than cannot fish at all..
