| Super Moderator | New Braided Lines It's been a while since I've "hung out" @ Beach Rd (due to new work timing) but the occasional visits to the tackle shops near my office in the eastern tip of SG has revealed several new braided lines. Berkley Big Game Braid (You've got to look real closely to notice em cos it's packed just like their Trilene Big Game mono)- http://www.berkley-fishing.com/prod....sk=47013&u=BGB Sufix Performance Braid- http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/te...ufix&noImage=0 Stren SuperBraid- (I've tried this one before (8lb) and wasn't too impressed with it. Line color faded reeeeeeeally fast and the line broke/frayed rather easily. Maybe the heavier poundage ones might be better?) http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/te...inks/link.jsp? I'm quite eager to try the new Berkley Big Game Braid cos it comes in white! Anyone here has tried the new Sufix? Last edited by stickbom! : 02-07-2006 at 11:54 AM. |
