It has been donkey years since the last time i visited a tackle shop. Is there any good about this new product?

Hi Edy, actually I'm not really sure if these lines are good. I use Fireline most of the time because its readily available and not too costly. Curious to know if these lines by Rapala are any good and was hoping to get some for my inshore jiggin' These days I hardly need more than 150m of line so these filler spools are just right for me.

Yo Mikey,

I've pointed Fred of Rapala VMC to your queries regarding the new rapala braids.

He said the packaging done swee-swee already, but he is still braiding the lines.

He might reply to this thread when he takes a break from the braiding.

These days you hardly use more than 150m of line...
hmm...i remember a post by a certain spartan..

Re: Anyone seen the new Rapala Braids in SGP or M'sia?

hmmm... do I know you from somewhere? die man... you know I am "mikey" but I haven't got the foggiest idea who you are Aiyah... 300m depth, even if our armed forces decided to do nuclear testing... we will still not have a hole so deep in local waters. 300m is for year end "excursion" For local scene, I get to use small BC reels 2-3 times a month so there's hardly a need for anything more than 150m of line

Anyway thanks for the input on those Rapala Braids. Hope Ol Fred doesn't take too long a break.

"Hi Lance,

just got the word from Rapala Asia HQ that sorry, this range of braided line will not be on our market. They have no intention to bring in yet.

cheers,

Fred"
