Not so bad lar... for less than $200 cannot really complain :P

To change Avatar, go find the image you want to use, do a right mouse click on it, click on "properties" and then highlight + copy the "address". Next go to your "profile" and paste the "address" in "link to off-site avatar". That should do the job.
