Red Power Pro!

Anyone tried the new phantom red Power Pro? Do tell us your experience if you've fished it. Red is supposed to be invisible underwater. I bought a 30lb refiller pack but my smaller reels are all filled at the moment so no chance to use it

I faced the same problem nice colour to look at but after a few trips the potion used the most often turned white due to the red colour faded away

Like the Maxima Ultragreen of old, isn't it? Maxima would change from a nice transparent green when new into a very dark green, after first few uses. But it still worked nicely, though.

Ande Pink will stay the same shade of pink for its whole operational life, though.

HMM the whole fire is red... yes it will fade but not so extreme like the rest . it still mantain the red but not the blood red when u 1st bought it. i read in the net, fishes cant see red in the water, so to them the line is invisiable. --> duuno how true la.. i have the 65lbs one.. and so far using it for a few trips.. not bad.. powerful as usual. bite rate not so sure as the whole boat did not land much also.

Thanks for the input guys. One of the reasons why I bought it is because the Phantom Red is a new batch of lines so it's "fresh". Some of the regulars here have encountered a lot of problems with the older batches. Red fading to white is a good thing... cos I like white lines
