My Mood:  Rep Power: 0  | Night boat fishing Hi, Need some advise on night boat fishing. Is it true that during full moon night. Fishing will be not as productive as sotongs will be quite hard to look for. Always believe that fresh sotong is the best bait for night fishing. Any Experience Fishos can help? Thanks in advance. |

Hi TripleK, The part about harder to catch squids is probably true, but when sotong season is in full swing, they will still surface if your sotong light is bright enough. As for whether fishing will be productive during full moon or not, it can be. Apart from good baits, it depends on other factors as well, like tides & currents. Hope this helps.
