Anyone here interested in a mini BBQ? I'm thinking of having it on the 5th of August. Show of "hands"... who wants to sign up. Venue will be near Changi Prison itself

Sounds good man! If i am in town, i will be there. But BBQ in the prison itself? that sounds a little bit daunting!

Please post the address, time and do we need to bring anything

hehehe... BBQ not inside the Prison lar... at the Staff Quarters

Address is- Compass Green, Tanah Merah Besar Road (Check it out @ www.streetdirectory.com)

I'm actually touching down on the 5th of August. Will be fishing with Dafrogman from 31st July onwards. With a bit of luck (and cooperation from the fish) we'll have assorted grilled fish that night.

So just to play safe, let's do a pot luck event... with everyone bringing a little food. How does that sound guys?

Just pray the weather and sea conditions are merciful, wish I could be there too.

No problem lar... I can always buy a big pang sai fish from the market place, fillet it and remove the skin... bring it back and claim it was a 20kg Amberjack!

Bad news 2 BBQ kakis,

Mike was here since monday due 2 bad sea condition, only around 4.30pm manage to go offshore, the sea flat like mirror think totally no current at all, when i chit chat with ah Wong Mike go n checkout pangsai fish prices like gonna tapow.

We "HAHA" too early liao, went to Jerudung check out their catches around 2pm wow, unbelievable.......not going to talk too much just wait 4 their Catch Report and video...hehe.....sure u will tag along next trip.

based on Mike's SMS, they had a very good trip out (may even be better than Saimee's hantap jackpot report).. 400kg of Amberjacks, grouper, ruby snapper, kerisi and other misc.....

Looks like the single night out at sea more than made up for the 3 days on land waiting for calmer seas
