Unhappy Left on the shelf ...

We are already into the month of October... less than 3 months into the year 2007... and what a tragedy, still haven't got a trip for this year end.

Anyone similiarly looking for a long year end trip in here?

I'll love to have something fixed up for either 26Nov-2ndOct or 23rd Dec- 2nd Jan.

(p.s.- no, I dont want to do heavy bottom MarkR)

Pelagic Anglers have some Maldive trip year end, can try them. Should be good. They are always exploring new ground.

Thanks bro physlo for the kind invitation to take me in (psst... unlike ...), but I now have a possible option of a place I have been wanting to do, will only know the outcome by next monday...

Black tip sharks take jigs readily, of course with wireleader and a little bit of casting. Goalkeeper galore when they are there, had a hand at some smaller ones (ard 10kg) in Malaysia early in the season, ask the green croc guy, he was there too (but he caught none). Great fun!! (the blacktips I mean, not becos he caught none).

Am I right?

A Thankful,
Narc

Yes, I vaguely recall that trip to the "no fish land", "free also won't go" place

Nope, landed no blacktips but got lots of hits on my tiny exist...they just sliced right through my FC leader...wasn't prepared for them unlike the other angler who was armed to the teeth with a stella 4000PG, HOTS jigs rod, PE4, 5, 6?? and wire leader...overkill is an understatement

Great fun though losing like 5 jigs in 5 casts

BTW...I also vaguely recall landing an ebek on jig and if i remember correctly, that was the only ebek on jig for the whole trip...so much for black tips
