A bit off topic here.. speaking about barracouta, i encountered many barracudas at Tanjung Pinang last month and they have really sharp teeths.. i was using 60lbs steel wire leader and still got some of them managed to bite thru them.. any ways to prevent this from happening or should i just use higher poundage wire leader?

apply a coat of grease around 30-40 metres length.....tried and tested.

but the section from the bait up around 5 metres is not to be greased.
