My Mood:  Rep Power: 6   | The effect of beer on ya tummy Just wondering, is beer the real cause of "beer belly"? lately I've been enjoying a cold beer after my daily runs... if beer is really going to give me a big tummy... I'll quit the habit right away  Now that I'm in my mid 30's, its darn hard to get in shape once things get "out of hand"  So what's the real deal about beer? Looking forward to all the beer drinker's input |
