Does anyone know T. Russell blanks?

Does ANYONE of you out there has ANY info about the T. Russell Tuna and GT blanks (b-joint) as being offered by Mr. Matagi's shop in Japan?
Looking for experience based info regarding: Action, Taper, Recovery, Built and finished rods, Overall handling...casting a lot, Effective lure-weight range for (sub)surface lures for these respective Tuna- and the GT-blanks based rods..., fish battles / catch reports....

Mind that I'm searching for real life user-based experience of these blanks based rods, not just paper figures...

Geez....wished that I could read 'n talk Japanese...

I've fished some of Matagi's earliest popping/jigging blanks in 2002-2003 period and like them pretty much. I'm sure their latest offerings would be even better! Drop Mr Mamoru Tsuruta an email at- office@matagi.co.jp Mamoru speaks and writes in English and would be more than happy to answer all your queries.
