Do you know if this has affected Tiger Airways rulings as well? Don't want my trip next month to be spoiled by trouble over hand-carried reels. BTW, noted that "liquids" was quoted on the BBC article. Well, that's the reason why the Chinese airports will ask you to open your bottle of mineral water for them to have a sniff. Sometimes, the obvious items are the problem ones... Cheers, Sunburned | |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Hi Khoo, I think this 'no hand-held' ruling is only a temporary ruling, so I suppose it will not affect Tiger Airways, especially if your trip is next month. Going KK? Narc. |

My Mood: Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Narc, I'm thankful for the occasional trips like this. Having a young family and a busy work schedule really doesn't leave me with much time to indulge in this hobby of mine. You guys probably get more fishing done in a year than I would in five years! BTW, I was really envious of the GTs on your recent trip to Malaysia. Outstanding! Cheers, Khoo |
