90kg Grouper hunt
As most of you probably know, the new owners of Pasir Ris pond is promising to release 3 huge Groupers, the largest being a 90kg specimen Fishfingers and I (+ 2 other hopefuls) will be bringing HEAVY FIREPOWER (Heavy popping sticks :P ) down to the pond on Sunday, just to target the big mama Groupers. Anyone here interested to join us please get in touch with Fishfingers or myself @ (90614654/96633040)

If anyone here knows how to rig a whole fish bait for making long casts (about 80m) please let me know ASAP

Just to update...the 80kg plus Grouper have been landed today around noon. That lucky guy won himself $1000.

What a crying shame We would have whipped that Grouper and took home a $1000 prize if it had taken your bait Fishfingers I'm still trying to figure what the heck it was that jerked Speedo Boy one step forward and straigthened his hook in one solid run

Dros,

Grouper is 91 kgs and yes landed today. The 1000 bucks is only for the opening day...he catch today...no 1000 bucks...but he got free membership.

Got one freaking big ladyfish--6.5 lbs Biggest one i've seen ..

Oh well. Heard the 60kg bugger was landed today as well. Guess there is no need to bring popping tackle on Friday liao! But suprisingly, it was fun bullying the fish with the ultra-heavy set-up. Think ah lau see already also blur. :P
